It’s more than just sampling flavors. It’s a relaxed, collaborative experience where we design something meaningful for your day.

Here’s what you can expect when you schedule your wedding cake tasting with us.
A Thoughtful Flavor Experience
Before your tasting, you’ll select three of our cake flavors you’d like to try.
When you arrive, we’ll have those prepared along with six different fillings that pair beautifully with your selections. This gives you the opportunity to explore combinations and discover what you truly love.
Whether you prefer something classic or a little more unique, we’ll help guide you toward flavor pairings that feel balanced, intentional, and memorable.
A Collaborative Design Consultation
Your tasting is also where your cake design begins.
We’ll sit down together and walk through the details of your wedding, your style, colors, florals, venue, and overall vision. During this time, we’ll sketch your cake design together, making sure every detail feels aligned with your day.
This part of the process is relaxed and collaborative. You don’t need to have everything figured out, we’re here to guide you and bring your ideas to life.
Fully Custom, Designed Just for You
Every cake we create at Indiana Manna is completely custom.
Our bakers will recommend thoughtfully crafted flavor pairings based on what you taste, but you’re also welcome to mix and match combinations to create something uniquely yours.
From flavor to design, everything is tailored to your wedding day, resulting in a cake that is not only beautiful, but personal.
Booking Your Wedding Date
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll reserve your date with a $100 deposit, which is applied to your final balance.
Because we take a limited number of weddings each weekend, securing your date early ensures availability and allows us to give your cake the attention it deserves.
Final Details & Timeline
As your wedding approaches, we’ll finalize everything to ensure a seamless experience.
Final cake design is confirmed one month before your wedding
Final payment is due 4 weeks prior to your wedding date
This timeline allows us to refine the details while giving you peace of mind leading up to your day.
